A strategist, producer, writer, and venture builder, Phil has spent over 15 years shaping initiatives across government, culture, sport, and immersive entertainment. He moves fluidly between boardrooms and backstage crews, equally comfortable navigating sovereign agendas or sketching out ideas on-site in remote, unfinished spaces. His focus is always on making truly innovative and new ventures real.

Phil has developed and delivered concepts for Nike, Facebook, Emirates, and Dubai Airports, and advised on sovereign-level platforms including Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Expo 2020 Dubai and the Red Sea Development Project. He has built national campaigns, designed immersive exhibitions, and scaled multi-stakeholder ventures from scratch, often under intense time pressure and political complexity.

Formerly Innovation Officer at Richard Attias & Associates, he brings a hybrid background in brand strategy, creative production, and systems design. He is often brought in to develop truly unique products, solutions and concepts at grand scale.

Phil is most at home when the road ahead is unclear and the terrain is vast. He thrives in ambiguity, grounds bold ideas in structure, and builds worlds — not just projects — that are built to last.

An educator, trainer, writer and consultant, Tim has proved himself invaluable to government and sporting entities at local, regional, and global levels for over two decades. The founder of TCM Consulting, he is a champion of principle-centred practice, putting people before profit by creating a legacy of “learn-ability”. He is the architect of the LaLiga International Academy Development Model, creator of the ‘Kick Cancer’ initiative, and visionary behind the Soccer City concept that inspired the Manchester City model.

Alongside authoring a Ministry-approved BAS in Business and Management, Tim is recognised with prestigious honours, including a HCT Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Teaching Contribution and selection as a Top 100 Asian Sport Industry Expert by SPIA Asia.

A dedicated, adaptable, and trustworthy individual, Bill has a hunger for personal and professional growth. An Executive Producer, and owner of the Marquis Bill Entertainment production company, he is Operations Manager at Khalsa Aid International, facilitating nationwide transformations as he manages the UK Langar Aid Project. His credits include stints with Famous Studios Ltd, Filmonix Ltd, and Snob Events.

Bill is an advocate for personal well-being, a certified Mental Health First Aider, a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and a pillar of the UK’s Sikh community. With a strong drive to succeed and tackle new challenges, Bill consistently demonstrates sound judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.

A multi-faceted and agile professional, Bill has excelled as an IT expert, financial trader, real estate broker, and the owner of a hotel and sports bar noted for creating exceptional guest experiences. He is currently an agent for professional footballers, applying extensive industry knowledge and negotiation skills to maximise client potential. Bill is known for his integrity, commitment to success, and adeptness in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
